I lost 35 pounds pretty quickly with Jenny Craig and then came to a grinding halt as I now am indulging in all the wrong foods and way too much of them. I am the same as you. I had mega willpower and then now, nothing. No shred of discipline anywhere in site.

When I was on Weight Watchers, the pounds just melted off. Then I stopped Weight Watchers and started a blog. Hello weight gain. I get it, believe me.
