You know, you could still live in a less intense (heat-wise) environment AND get your preschool to start with big kid school if you moved to Memphis.

I could have wrote this SAME post. It is so hard to juggle everything – social media, blogging, family and friends. I have only committed to blogging once a week. I used to struggle with this (and still do at times), but I am trying hard not to stress about it. One quality post a week, vs little posts that don’t feel right to me? I feel better, and much more confident when I can put out quality instead of quantity.

My oldest daughter started school today. My son will begin Kindergarten in 2 days. My 20-month-old youngest naps in the afternoon. SOON I will have more time from blogging, right??? I can’t even imagine having all three out of the house!

I stopped blogging for a couple of months and picked it back up again, because I missed the bloggy support. I lost a good many of the original followers by stopping for a while, but that’s the thing about bloggers, there are tons of them out there and always new friends to make.

My kids don’t start until next week, but at least they all start together. Our preschool is only 3 days a week so there are going to be 2 days in which I am the primary entertainment. We’ll see how that goes.

You only have one more week to survive, I’m sure you will come out alive on the other end. Is your preschool every day? If so, I’m moving!!

I’m lucky, my daughter’s preschool ran through the summer, so I started her early + it is a school whose school year normally starts earlier than rest. This year, August 8!

Now I just need to get into a groove when she’s not in school. I joined a gym and visit it every day, alternating working out with not working out and bringing my laptop.

Same issue last week before my preschooler started yesterday. I got nada, zilch, zip done. BUT we were also preparing for her birthday which was this weekend and we had a ton of fun doing it without the “helpful advice” of her big sister. Good memories.

it takes me about 2 weeks to get the school groove down. don’t worry about not writing… we’ll still be here, and we’ll still love you. 🙂

There is always a big adjustment during back to school time. I find it hard too – to get everything done that needs to be done, plus what I WANT to do! I relate.
