We had pizza for dinner that night, because I spent all my dinner prep time fighting with the glue gun. Well, that and weeping intermittently.

(P.S. – According to the feedback I’m getting crying is absolutely the most common craft store reaction.)

In reply to John (Daddy Runs a Lot). THIS time I managed to escape without gluing my fingers together. Lots of ouch and lots of minor burns, but the digits stayed un-stuck. That was just this time, though... Glue guns are evil.

Pinterest and craft stores generally make me want to cry. I applaud your perseverance. I totally would’ve taken that wad of cash and bought a pre-made wreath. Or a pizza.
