My prayer and your prayer = the same prayer. We’ve been to the ER with Little Iggy too many times already. Big G only once. All necessary trips, but in the grand scheme of things, minor.

Oh, I can totally envision that same thing happening in my home. My 25 month-old is constantly pushing his chair away from our kitchen bar area! Ugh. So happy that the whole situation turned out OK last year… Do I dare say: Happy Valentine’s Day???

I for one am not a fan of the chocolate {and crazy amounts of candy} because in Feb I’m usually still trying to get over the holiday indulgences. And my kids are lil, so any event including candy is all systems go for them!

I agree with Liz. I left Zoe at the table a couple of weeks ago because she is the world’s slowest eater and I had to break up a skirmish in the living room. I stood in the doorway to the kitchen and as I saw her try to push herself away from the table with her feet, I immediately felt my body go to slush and I knew exactly what was going to happen, but I just couldn’t get moving fast enough. The NOOOOOOOO escaping my mouth had to have sounded like one of those slo mo effects. She fell backwards and whacked her head, but she was okay. I think it scared her more than anything. So glad P was okay!

I was going to say something about boys and blood, but then I remembered how both my girls have either given themselves a concussion or knocked themselves out, so let’s just throw all our kids in a sponge covered room and leave them there until they are 18??
